All products from MyCSIM.com and other Crowd Sourcing International Inc. Web sites may be returned for a refund with the following conditions.

(a) If you cancel your subscription based service your refund will be pro-rated for the days you have left in that billing period. For example, if your subscription is billed on the 1st of every month and you cancel on the 20th, you will be refunded for the remaining days in that month.

(b) If you request a refund for a product/service that is directly purchased your return request must be reviewed by our customer service department, unless this request is made within the first 30 days. Otherwise, your refund will be processed accordingly.
